About Anna
Anna is a Registered Dietitian specialising in eating disorders and disordered eating.
She founded her practice with the aim of helping people heal their relationship with food and move away from the rules and guilt that diet culture creates. Her approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and rooted in understanding the whole person not just what’s on their plate.
Originally from Cyprus, Anna is passionate about bringing an international perspective to her work blending clinical expertise with empathy, culture, and a deep belief that food should bring peace, not control.
My Ethos
I believe food should never be a source of fear or shame.
My approach rejects diet culture and supports a compassionate, evidence-based path to health one that helps you rebuild trust with your body and find peace with food.
Experience
Anna has worked in leading London hospitals, including the Priory and the Nightingale, supporting individuals with eating disorders across inpatient, day-patient, and outpatient settings.
